• Degree in Computer and Software Engineering (or similar)
• Strong Object Oriented design and Java Language concepts
• Experience with the use of build and testing frameworks (Ant/Maven/JUnit)
• Knowledge in designing and building scalable Java applications using J2EE technologies such as JSP, Struts, Tapestry, GWT, Spring Framework, JSF, JMS, EJB3, Hibernate
• Experience in designing Enterprise Applications
• Experience with Relational Databases
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
