plugin. All the tickets have an associated SLA:
- 1 Business day for bugs;
- 5 Business days for improvements;
By having access to these tickets you are sure that you project won't stop because you are missing a feature on the plugin. Besides
that, you don't need any more all the required technical skills to change the code, you just need to request the change to us.
How it all works
Development
1 - Prior to the engagement a conference call is held where the schedule is agreed as well as all therequirements;
2 - The consultancy work is preformed off-shore for the duration of 3 days;
Support
1 - Starting from the aquisition date you have one year to use your support tickets:
- Once you raise a ticket by email it is evaluated by our team andthe development starts;
- The SLA provided corresponds to the development start date;
- Feature requests
