Presentation of the success case on the approach to the Order Management problem by Via Verde Portugal, throught the implementation a SOA infrastructure completely supported on Open Source technology. The success of this approach allowed the orchestration of business processes (BPM) in a effecient manner, providing agility for Via Verde's business.
