Java Developer / Analyst

Required skills :

• Degree in Computer and Software Engineering (or similar)
• Strong Object Oriented design and Java Language concepts
• Knowlwdge in designing and building scalable applications using Java related technologies/frameworks such as:
  • Java Frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, JSF, Tapestry
  • Web / Application Servers: JBoss AS, Apache Tomcat
  • Technologies: J2SE, J2EE , Web Services (JAX-WS), AJAX, XSLT, XPATH, REST
  • Buid and testing frameworks: Ant, Maven, JUnit
• Experience in designing and debugging Enterprise Applications
• Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle is preferred)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented enviroment
• Strong communication and interpessoal skills

Optional Skills :

• Knowledge/experience of:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Agile Methodologies (Scrum, XP)
