As a media agency, it provides various services to a range of clients and its main activity is managing 360º advertising campaigns across all platforms (digital channels, such as social networks, Google, display, video, client websites, radio, television, newspapers and magazines).
Havas’ Media Group business involves managing all its clients’ campaigns, with the primary objective of achieving the best possible results.
The challenge was therefore to implement a Business Intelligence platform to analyse campaign performance, with an external component dedicated to communication with customers, and an internal component to improve performance and optimise processes.
