YOUR ROLE

The Channel Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Head of Channels to drive important marketing with our solutions and product partners. Your work to develop and operationalize important GTM activities with partners around the globe will drive growth for Xray and our partners alike. You will collaborate with them to understand their goals and needs, always working to align those with our own. In addition, you will work very closely with our product marketing team, especially with our content and performance teams.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration no matter what the initiative
  • Work with internal stakeholders, like the product management and marketing teams, to align partner co-marketing initiatives with our own objectives and campaigns
  • Develop technical partnership go-to-market plans, manage development of sales enablement materials and training for sales teams both internally and externally
  • Determine the most effective investments of partner marketing development funds, closely measure and report on the return for each of these investments

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B company
  • Superior writing skills in English with a long history of delivering high-quality marketing and training materials in a wide range of formats: white papers, presentations, datasheets, brochures, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences in a compelling, differentiated manner
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

YOUR ROLE

The newest Xray Solution Architect will report directly to the Head of Solution Architecture to help build our brand among the testing community and ensure customers get the most out of Xray. As our internal subject matter expert, your scope of work will have multiple fronts – from staying up to date on trends and best practices in the testing field, to provide guidance to existing customers, to work closely with internal teams to improve overall knowledge around testing and quality. Ultimately, your activities will help to shape everything from the way we market Xray to how we define the future of Xray and test management.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Develop a close connection with the testing community, by attending conferences, writing papers and be an advocate for the Xray product
  • Guide our existing customers and prospects, improving their agility and supporting them to reach deep levels of test automation
  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers to Xray and Jira
  • Work closely with product and business teams to drive design, implementation and documentation of test/quality methodologies that enhance existing test practices and improve overall product quality
Solution Architect Xray

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • A degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • 5 years of professional experience as part of a test team with bonus points for experience helping to implement test automation
  • Experience with testing practices and methodologies and their implementation
  • Background in continuous testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Familiarity with different test management software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience presenting complex topics in an easy-to-understand format, often delivering presentations to large groups
  • A curious, analytical and creative mind with the ability to consider problems from multiple perspectives and present pros/cons of different solutions

The newest Product Business Analyst will report directly to the Director of Growth to empower effective decision making across the entire company. Your quantitative background and analytical skills will help define our corporate strategy and measure our success. While your work will focus on marketing at first, we want you to help us build a data-driven approach to decisions in every team, acting as an internal consultant to your colleagues, helping them to make sound decisions and measure results of their strategies. You will often work with our customers, members of the software development community and even our competitors to understand trends and important developments in the software industry.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Define an enterprise data platform strategy, establish a reporting architecture and provide corresponding roadmaps
  • Create and maintain dashboards, forecasts and data transparency for key stakeholders and senior management

As the newest Ecosystem Experience Manager you will report directly to the Director of Growth to build an empowered testing community. You’ll help us to achieve sustainable growth by helping customers, partners and the testing community unleash the potential of their development and testing teams. You will work directly with customers to improve their experience with Xray, build relationships with premium support customers, learning everything needed to provide valuable advice on their implementation of Xray.

YOUR ROLE

In a global world where customers are always giving feedback about their product experience, as a Customer Support Engineer you will play a critical role in the success of the productresponding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way. In this role you will also identify customers’ needs, helping them to use specific features and analyzing and reporting product malfunctions. While interacting with customers, you may also identify potential new features, which should be communicated to the team owning the product roadmap.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat or customer service portal
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use the product in the correct way
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
