As a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist you will report directly to the Head of Marketing to strategize and implement a global paid media advertising plan. As we expand into new markets, our investment and online campaigns scale as well. Our Digital Marketing Performance Specialist has to be able to build and operationalize these investments, report the results and quickly adapt to market changes. You will also work closely with the rest of the Marketing and Design teams to share the insights you gather, helping our content strategy and SEO efforts as well as design development of all the ongoing ppc campaigns.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Develop and manage a strategic and targeted PPC program (budget planning, keyword development, competitive research, landing page curation, ad copy, report) for a Global Market
  • Create and adapt conversion points (Landing pages, contact forms, etc.)
  • Strategize the development of new campaigns and search for new opportunities outside of Google Ads and Social Media
  • Enhance paid campaigns with marketing automation efforts and link results to business opportunities
  • Leverage SEO efforts into the paid campaigns
  • Create regular and meaningful reports with actionable insights with Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Digital Marketing Performance Specialist Xray


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a similar field
  • 3-5 years experience in paid advertising (B2B marketing and technology industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO, Remarketing, Display Ads, Social Advertising and Google Analytics
  • Experience managing international campaigns with significant budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

// Will be a nice plus if you have:

  • CRM and Marketing Automation experience (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred)
  • Video and YouTube Ads
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and excel
  • Agency experience
  • Social media management background (LinkedIn & Twitter Ads)
  • Html and WordPress/CMS knowledge
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence, Trello)
