Xpand IT’s Quality Improvement Team’s mission is to continuously improve all company processes and support teams to improve their day-to-day work quality. Garantee that software development teams know and apply our work methodology – Xpagile – and promote good practices implementation related to Data Protection and Information Security (ISO 27001). This team is also responsible for ensuring the implementation of our Integrated Management System, through internal audits, management of performance framework, collection and analysis of indicators, training, coaching and maintenance of the system in all its aspects.
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Improvement Team. Our mission is the continuous improvement of all company processes and to help teams improving their processes. We assure all development teams apply our work methodology – Xpagile – and we promote good practices related to Data Protection and Security (ISO 27001).
We are also responsible for the implementation of our Management System, through internal audits, metrics, training, coaching, and overall system maintenance.
Your daily activities will include:
- Assist and mentor development teams
- Execute audits according to audit program
- Answer data subject and client requests about data protection
- Manage training records
- Collect, analyse and report metrics
- Support Security management System
- Promote continuous improvement within the teams
